The price of your purchase will be confirmed at the end of the transaction. You will also be informed of any delivery charges and the timescale for receipt of your goods or services.

Returns & Refund Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase from this website you may return the item(s), unused, in original condition along with original packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery for exchange or a refund.
You must notify us of your intention to return your order within 7 days of receipt of goods so that we can issue you with a returns number.
Reasonable care should be taken of the goods whilst in your possession. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us and for payment of return carriage costs. We recommend that you use a secure or recorded delivery service which requires a signature on delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse return if reasonable care has not been taken.
A refund for the price you paid for the goods only will be made within 30 days of the goods arriving with us, providing we are satisfied that the goods are in an acceptable condition as mentioned above.
All products purchased from this website carry a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects unless otherwise specified on the website alongside the product. The warranty does not cover wear & tear, accidental or wilful damage.
Return of faulty goods
If there is a fault with your product you may return the goods within 28 days of delivery for replacement or refund. You must provide proof of purchase, a reason for the return of your item and contact us for a returns number which should be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please remember to send your goods using a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. We will replace the product or refund your money when we have confirmed the item(s) to be faulty. We will also pay for your reasonable cost of returning the item(s) for replacement or refund.
If you have any set-up or technical queries or you think that your item is faulty, please contact us before returning any items as we may be able to resolve the problem and avoid unnecessary return or replacement costs. If no fault is found when goods are sent back to us, we will return the goods to you and reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.
Our policy to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Once your product is more that 28 days old but within the 12 month warranty, we will repair or replace your product if we have confirmed the product is faulty or defective.
Your statutory rights are not affected
Delivery charges where applicable will be as specified within the individual WebPages of this website.
We aim to despatch goods purchased from this website within two working days. Delivery will usually take place to most UK mainland addresses within 2 working days from despatch.
Delivery for smaller items such as some spare parts and accessories may be sent by Royal Mail. Larger items will be sent by a secure carrier company and will require a signature on delivery. You will be advised of the delivery method appropriate for your purchase when you place your order.
In the event that there is no one at the delivery address the carrier company will leave a card asking the intended recipient to contact them directly to arrange an alternative delivery or collection time. If a second delivery attempt fails your order may be returned to us and we reserve the right at our discretion to charge for any subsequent despatch.
