This exciting opportunity is due to continual expansion and the successful candidate will operate within an established team working predominantly with the marketing departments of "blue chip" companies.

The primary role is of a Sales nature in contacting existing clients promoting the sale of accessories and spare parts, along with repair and maintenance services to their marquees

Running alongside this is the role of liasing with new clients throughout the production and delivery of their order and to include post-supply contact to ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be expected to take an active part in the management of the companies e-commerce section of the website - processing orders and updating the site.

The necessary qualifications for the appointment would be gained from a "Business Studies" type course with an emphasis on Sales aspects.

The candidate will possess good account management skills with a passion for telephone sales and have a minimum of 12 months proven experience, ideally within a creative environment. The business to business nature of the role focuses on quality of calls, not volume and is not expected to include "Cold Calling".

The role is one that offers excellent career progression opportunities and the right person will need to show the ability and neccessary management skills needed to expand and develop the role into a department capable of covering all facets of customer support, after sales, service and repair.

The working environment is relaxed making self-motivation essential along with the ability to work without supervision. A high level of literacy and numeracy is required, as is a clear telephone manner. A good command of basic IT is also required along with the skills neccessary to manage all aspects of an e-commerce web site.

The salary will be negotiable and based on the qualifications and any experience the applicant may have.
